Shared catalogue. Per-venue exceptions remain independent.
Saving a plan changes capacity for every venue on that plan, except explicit overrides. All seven limits are enforced; existing data and roles are retained on downgrade. Prices are reference monthly amounts, not automatic charges. Staff seats count unique team members including owners/admins. Events use their scheduled UTC month; broadcasts reset at UTC midnight.
